Sunday dinner...Farm fresh


Berkshire Pork Italian Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes with Goat Feta Cheese
4 medium beefsteak tomatoes
1 pound italian sausage
1/2 c. minced fresh herbs (basil, italian parsley and tarragon) 
2 cloves pressed garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
4 oz. goat feta

Grilled Grass Finished Ribeyes with Herb Butter

1 stick salted butter
1/2 c. minced fresh herbs (sage, tarragon, italian parsley, rosemary, basil)
Sauteed Button and Shitake Mushrooms and Shallots

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. button mushrooms
1 c. chopped shitake mushrooms 
2 minced shallots
2 tbsp. butter
Roasted Organic Broccoli

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 pound broccoli, cut into uniform size 
Callebaut Chocolate Mousse

5 egg yolks
3 tbsp. espresso
2 tbsp. vanilla sugar

5 egg whites
1/2 c. vanilla sugar

1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
