Etiquette Dinner

Before I get to Spain, I thought I better post pictures of the etiquette dinner that I prepare each year for some of the youth in our ward at church.  This year the timing was a little tight, but we made it and I hit the exhaustion wall about an hour after it was done.

Menu

Amuse Bouche:  Gazpacho with Avocado Crema
 First Course: Catalan Bread with Prosciutto
 Second Course: Roasted Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese and Brie
 Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Chipotle Butter Sauce and Lemon Poached Green Beans
 Raspberry Chocolate Mousse

Hopefully they all enjoyed it and had a nice evening.  On a side note, there wasn't much returned and that is always a compliment when you are feeding normally picky teenage eaters!
