Being the mean mom that I am, I allow my kids to take a personal day each school year. This year I choose to take McKay out so she could go to the apple orchard with us. We didn't make it up last year as a family, but Hinckley and I were able to go, and she was quite disappointed.
It was a beautiful day to go and it wasn't very busy. We came home with quite a few treats too so the older boys weren't disappointed!
