Adapting to a paleo diet has been pretty easy for me, but for the rest of the family it has been a little bit of a challenge. The often complain that there is NO food in the house. I always limited boxed foods anyway, but now they are next to non existent. However, my little guy has had no problems. It is so nice to have one person not fight me the whole way...unless of course he is trying to eat ALL of my blueberries while I was making blueberry pancakes.
