We hosted a little going away party for some dear friends of ours this past weekend. We moved in not to long after they did and have counted them as our closest friends. McKay is BFF's with their little girl and she is so sad to see her go. Thank goodness for FaceTime...maybe she will be able to stay in touch. I have already promised McKay that we would go to Idaho for Kate's baptism.
All in all, it was a beautiful night (FINALLY it wasn't 100 degrees) and we enjoy visiting with everyone.
Since they are moving to Idaho, this was the theme...
For those of you who aren't in Iowa and don't recall, "Field of Dreams". One of the best lines in the movie.
A lot of good food (Thanks again Michelle for helping out!), potatoes and streamers decorating the tables, and friends made for the perfect gathering.
